Celebrate this St. Patrick's Day by listening to music, eating good food, qualifying for the Peachtree Road Race and supporting the 6th Annual ShamRock ‘N Roll Road Race presented by Verizon Wireless.

Highlights of the race include:

• Media sponsor Star 94 providing entertainment at the start and finish

• A pre-race warm up powered by Operation Boot Camp

• Bands including Consoultant and Stratogeezer along the course

• Unique awards in a variety of categories including overall winners, age groups, the first kilt-wearing finisher and NEW for 2010 the Team Spirit Award

• The Verizon Wireless HopeLine Award for the first Junior League of Atlanta member to cross the finish line for each race.

The 5K race kicks off at 8 a.m., followed by the 10K at 8:30 a.m. and both end with a downhill finish. Dogs and strollers are welcome, and all entrants will receive a moisture-wicking, technical running shirt. The ShamRock ‘N Roll road race is a Peachtree Road Race qualifier.

Packet Pick Up Party – Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13

Before race day join us at American Mountain for our annual Packet Pick Up Party! Friday March 12th from 5pm to 9pm and Saturday March 13th from 10am to 5pm. American Mountain is located at 4300 Paces Ferry Drive in the Vinings Jubilee shopping center. In addition, American Mountain is offering a 15% discount to all runners picking up their race bags at the packet pick up party.
