Laughter Yoga will be taught by Debbie Ellison, a certified Laughter Yoga instructor who has trained with Dr. Kataria, founder/director of the program. Ms. Ellison will facilitate a Laughter session in which participants will experience joy and childlike playfulness through laughter for physical, meantal and emotion well being.
