Wilson Hobbs, a fifth-grader at Jackson Elementary School in Buckhead, has been the driving force behind creation of the Jackson Jaguars Robotixx Team. He visited all fourth- and fifth-grade classes to drum up support, then created a PowerPoint presentation which he delivered to a standing-room-only crowd of parents and children. As the captain, he ensures his teammates are on track with the design and programming of the robots.
